Products already purchased cannot be returned or replaced, certain exceptions outstanding (obvious defects, damage not shown in photographs on www.therugcode.com).

The customer understands and agrees that any problems, delays, damages or alterations to purchased products that are incurred during delivery are not the responsibility of www.therugcode.com.
